Checklist for Nova Scotia Nomination Program

  1. NSNP 200—Your employer must complete and sign this form. It proves that they have offered you a permanent, full-time job.
  2. Documents related to your work experience in Canada and outside Canada
    • Work reference letters must be written on company letterhead and should have the company’s full address, telephone, email, and website addresses and finally signed by Supervisor/Manager.
    • The reference letters should clearly mention the period you worked, the titles of the jobs you held while you worked, no. of hours you worked per week, your main duties in each job, and your annual salary plus benefits.
  3. Documents related to your education and training in Canada and outside Canada
  4. Documents related to your ability to communicate in English like IELTS/CELPIP/TEF/TCF
  5. Passports and your birth certificate
  6. Documents related to your spouse and children (if applicable)
    • a copy of your marriage certificate
    • copies of birth certificates for dependent children
  7. Documents related to your immigration status like work permit /study permit
  8. Documents related to your move to Nova Scotia like driving license, lease documents, and bank statements etc.
